Independent entrance, one part is ground floor another is underground, in the front there is a ramp, where you enter through the garage (three covered cars), with double electronic gate.

Integrated environments: full kitchen, 60 "TV room, with cable tv, dvds and wi-fi internet, card and domino table, pool table, aero-hockey, gym, dart game.
