Villa Trezza is a charming villa with a private swimming pool. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in the countryside, this villa lies on a hilltop close to the small town of Floridia (3.7 km) where you can find shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Beaches including the white sand beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche are only 20 minutes away by car, and the lively town of Syracuse, with its historical attractions and lovely old town, is just 14 km away.

Villa Trezza (80 sqm) develops over one level.

A staircase (15 steps) leads you to the living area of the villa. Here, you will find an open plan room with a sitting area (with sofa bed), a dining area (with table seating 4) and a well-equipped kitchenette (with fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, toaster).

In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds which can be converted into a double if necessary), a double sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom (with shower/toilet).

Outside, the villa has a shady veranda (with comfortable seating), an alfresco dining area (with table seating 4) and a barbecue. A private swimming pool (7.3 m x 3.2 m; depth 1.2 m; open from 1 April to 31 October) and sun deck (with sun loungers) are in the villa's garden, and private parking is also available.

Please note that on request, it is possible to arrange for the pool to be used outside the standard opening dates. POOL OPEN FROM 01/04-31/10.
