Enjoy a peaceful stay in our private terrace apartment, nestled in a quiet homestead just minutes from the charming town of Floyd. This is a one bedroom space, that features comfy bedroom and 2 extra sofa bed that easily converts into a full-size sleeping area. Making it Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families, looking for a restful retreat. The suite has its own private entrance, offering convenience and complete privacy. Whether you’re visiting for Floyd’s local music, arts, or scenic Blue Ridge surroundings, this cozy spot is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

- Capacity: The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes one private bedroom, plus two sofa beds, one that converts into a king-size bed and the other into a queen-size bed.

- Here on the property, you’ll find a few special extras we love to offer our guests:
-Fresh Eggs: Our happy hens usually lay daily check the basket in the kitchen or feel free to gather a few yourself!
-Pick-Your-Own Garden: In season, help yourself to whatever’s ripe tomatoes, herbs, lettuces, and more. It’s all grown with care and love.
-Meet Noodle and Honey our friendly Sheep’s and Cookie our sweetheart pig! They are gentle sweetheart who lives for treats and belly rubs. You’ll likely find them near the fence waiting for a hello. -We provide fresh, movie theater-style popcorn you can pop right at home perfect for a cozy movie night in!

Feel free to explore the property whether that’s sipping coffee on the porch, stargazing at night, or just watching the breeze move through the trees. This enormous daylight apartment is a private walkout on the basement/terrace level below our single family home. The terrace is a private apartment, fully accessible, to guests, as well as all outdoor areas at the rear of the home. Honestly such an amazing and relaxing stay for my family. My father in law, mother in law, and husband went up north from Jax, FL due to a memorial service for my father in law’s brother. My FIL is handicapped and uses a walker, and although it’s not purposed to be handicap friendly, it was very accommodating and spacious in which he was able to maneuver with ease throughout the property. They loved the animals, the views, the sleeping arrangements, and the property as a whole. The owners even helped us with some items that were left behind on accident so we could retrieve it! We will be coming back to see family and will DEFINITELY be staying there again!

I wish I could give this location more than just 5 stars. The hosts are amazing, the location is tranquil, the animals so sweet, and the apartment is immaculate. It’s the perfect location as it relates to proximity to the Floyd area. We will be coming back to stay here again!!

Very clean, stocked with all your needs and more. Coffee, creamers, sweetners were provided.Family friendly, hosts were very attentive. 2 sheep, Cookie the pig and chickens, they even provided fresh eggs. Location was only 3 miles from Floyd in a country setting.We would highly recommend this property.Thank you!
