Check in was overly slow. There were two people working and only one was doing the check in while the other one stood and hovered. I walked in and there was a line six deep to check in. I stood in line for 20 minutes-things need to be made easier for staff or both members need to be working.

The decor was beautiful! The only thing in our room staff didnt leave enough toilet paper. Other than that everything was above standards!

Beautiful restored hotel, excellent room furnishings, loved the walk in shower and shower head. Bed was very comfortable, quiet hotel which made it nice for sleeping. Even though its located on Main Street downtown, street traffic was not an issue.

A beautiful remodel of an elegant old hotel. Very well maintained property, very comfortable room with comfy bed. Nice to have a classy restaurant and bar on premises with a piano player helping provide a nice atmosphere for dining and/or drinking.
