Home Farm has a separate, newly refurbished, self-catering cottage. The cottage sleeps up to six people and has a very sizeable living room with a wood-burning stove and a fully-fitted kitchen with a seating area. Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the cottage.

Balgavies Home Farm has an exclusive on-site spa area that includes a 10-meter swimming pool, with a countercurrent pump for keen swimmers, a jacuzzi, and a Finnish sauna with three separate showers. An additional charge of £10 per person applies for use of the whole spa area. £5 per person for the swimming pool only. These prices apply to a two-hour period. Special prices apply for groups of three and above.

Perfect mini break
So lucky to have found this wonderful cottage for our annual get-together of family and friends. Accommodation is first class for comfort and amenity. And the on-site spa is truly a luxurious addition. Ideal location in the beautiful Angus countryside. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. House is very clean. Stylish interior. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Pool great (we did not use the sauna). We had a very relaxing stay. Paula fulfilled very wish we had. When we visit Scotland again, this is the place to stay.

Stunning location, great property and great host's. Dundees is just a short drive with all the attraction there to occupy our Granddaughtee , but i have to say my Granddaughter was more excited about the pool

Very well appointed, comfortable beds, all facilities (including pool, jacuzzi, and sauna if you wish). Peaceful surroundings, yet near enough to travel to various places of interest. Excellent hosts. Would definitely return.
