Country House "Els Abats" with Garden and Wi-Fi

Els Abats country house is located in Fornalutx, in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, offering spectacular views of the Sóller valley and surrounding mountains. The property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the double bedrooms, and TV are included.



The outdoor area is the highlight of the estate: a private garden, terrace with panoramic views, and a natural pool treated with chlorine and active oxygen, with water renewed every 7 days. Pool maintenance takes place on Thursdays from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., during which the pool is unavailable. The pool is open from May to September. Pets are welcome.



The nearest village, Biniaraix, is an 8-minute drive away. Sóller, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, is about 20 minutes away.



Access: The property is in a mountain area, reached via narrow mountain roads. Renting a small car is recommended. The final path to the house requires careful walking. The host offers parking about 100 meters from the property and helps with luggage on arrival and departure.

fabulous view, and owner

Lovely property, and the owner could not have done more. He met us at 2 in the morning!! Please note the property is a good 15minute drive up a narrow paved road. The swimming pool is heaven and the views stunning. And the house very clean and well equipped.

Beautiful and privat location with an amazing view

Pros: The location is out of this world. Beautiful view of the mountain and valley, and you feel so privat. We absolutely loved the pool area overlooking the landscape, and we enjoyed watching the sun set and the scenery changing as the light faded. The house is so cosy and a perfect mix of traditional Finca outside and a modern and well equipped house inside. We had worried a bit about the lack of air condition. We were there during the hottest week of July, and found that the thick stone walls and shutters ensured an indoor temperature that was acceptable. We all slept very well, even during the hottest nights.

Entspannt und Abenteuerlich

Pros: Das Haus und die Ruhe waren super. Entspannung pur. Pep ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und war immer erreichbar. Cons: Wir hatten immer Bauchschmerzen und schwitzige Hände beim Hochfahren. Es sollte nur ein erfahrener Autofahrer machen.

Idyllische Lage umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen.

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr modern und super ausgestattet. Der Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus ist ein Traum. 🌞 Pep der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Cons: Die Fahrt zum Haus geht über eine schmale Bergstraße mit einigen engen Kurven. Das Auto sollte ausreichend Bodenfreiheit haben, sonst kann man auch aufsetzen.

Sehr schöne Finca in einer tollen Lage

Pep hat uns äußerst freundlich begrüßt und den check in gemacht. Super Lage, mitten im Olivenhain mit Schafen vor der Tür. Einzig die Anfahrt ist ein Abenteuer, kleiner Wirtschaftsweg, der nur einspurig befahrbar ist mit einigen S-Kurven. Wir empfehlen unbedingt mit einem Kleinwagen zu fahren. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, alles für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt ist da. Pep war immer freundlich und ansprechbar und ist auch sofort gekommen, wenn mal was nicht funktioniert hat. Insgesamt 5 Sterne 🌟 verdient.
