Additionally, the private lounge features an oversized 40 foot in length by 20 foot in width Salt Water Heated Pool for your enjoyment! Upon entering Coco Palm Place, you are greeted by a warm and inviting foyer entry. The spacious living area is bright and open plus features unobstructed views of the private rear yard and heated pool lounge areas. The comfortable living area is furnished with a large Leather Sectional Sofa + Glass Coffee Table + 65" Samsung Smart Streaming 4K TV + Two (2) Leather Chairs. Coco Palm Place recently underwent a professional makeover, from top to bottom, in which the home was newly furnished and designed in a high end, contemporary, decor. We trust the end result speaks for itself and our guests enjoy the design, feel and comfort of this wonderful beach home as much as we do when we occupy Coco Palm Place! The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will require while on vacation. Kitchen features include stainless appliances, full size refrigerator + freezer, full size wall oven, microwave, electric range cooktop, full size dishwasher, plus a separate beverage refrigerator. A great home in a nice neighborhood close to the beach

A wonderful house with premium furniture, hi definition TVs with a fabulous pool! The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to go for a walk. The heated pool is the highlight of the house. It was a great place to stay for my family vacation.

Nice home, nice neighborhood

The house was nice, though is was bigger than we needed, is was just 4 adults, but would fit more comfortably.Pool is large & clean. Neighborhood is nice, & the home is located close to everything,- restaurants, shopping, groceries, & of course the beach. We had a great time & look forward to returning.

Perfect location for getaway

There were 4 of us for a weeks stay and this was the perfect location for our little getaway. The house and pool were just what we were looking for and a great way to unwind after sightseeing all day. My only complaint is the lack of communication with the number that was provided to reach out to.

Great home

This home is well located in Lauderdale by the sea. You can easily walk to Pompano Beach (with restaurants and activity) and the other direction is an easy walk to Lauderdale by the sea downtown area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Another perk was it was well stocked with necessities (bathroom tissue, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs and hand soap). We visited for two weeks and had enough of all of this that we didn't need to restock. The pool was kept warm and had many loungers to relax on. I would recommend this space for up to 8 people.

Enjoyable Family Vacation

Property was nice and pictures were representative of the actual home. Pool was the cleanest clearest pool I have seen, way better than what I could ever keep in my own backyard. Walk to beach was 5+ minutes but made easy with the wagon available in the garage. House had 2 beach umbrellas and 3 beach chairs along with many beach toys for the toddler. We did have a small issue with the tub not properly draining but the owner did come out and address. There was a bit of disappointment as listing stated 4 "new" bikes for use but there were no bikes. Owner said it was a misprint on the listing that the house did not have bikes (apparently a mistake from the office folks writing the description). We did initially have a bit of a delay in getting responses from the owner but he apologized and and made an adjustment to the rate for the inconvenience. Overall a positive experience and would rent this house or others from this owner again!

Amazing property

This home completely fit our needs. First, the pool is quite large and the backyard has plantings that makes the space truly private. Our goal was to be outside the majority of the time - so this was an important factor in our decision to book this home. Unfortunately, FL weather had a different plan for our week so we spent quite some time indoors. Thankfully - the home is well laid out - the kitchen/living area is an open concept with lots of windows and space which provides you with a beautiful view of the pool and greenery. The kitchen has pretty much everything you would need and all of the furnishings are modern and comfortable. Speaking of which, the beds are top notch. Just amazingly enjoyable to sleep on. The location of this home is perfect, sitting right behind the main road (you can't hear any traffic at all) you have Pompano Beach 2 miles in one direction and Lauderdale by the Sea about a mile and half in the other. The beach access is about a 5 min walk - with a light right there so you can safely cross the road with all of the gear that this home already has provided (beach cart, chairs, umbrella, even towels!) Jay was amazing to work with as well. He was attentive and wanted to ensure we had a relaxing time and our needs were met. They completely were and I couldn't have asked for a better host and home. Thank you!

Stayed with my family, including a newborn and toddlers. The property was perfect for us. Location was great … walkable to the beach (10 minutes with kids). The pool and backyard was great. We would stay again.

Great vacation home

Our two and a half week stay at this property with extended family was exactly what we hoped for. Everything was in good condition and as shown in the photos. It was a great base for all our activities in the area. On days we had to work, the kids could enjoy the large and well maintained swimming pool, while the strong internet make it easy to connect to the office. The main living room is very bright and spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and was used extensively. The house is in a good location and ideal if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood. The property was also very clean. Although the beach is definitely walkable (about 10 minutes), we preferred a short drive to various nearby beaches with restaurants and facilities. It was nice to have plenty of pool and beach equipment provided in the house. Jay was a great host and it was easy to communicate with him before and during our stay. Overall, the whole family enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Perfect vacation home

I am a frequent and enthusiastic renter of vacation properties. We prefer them over resorts. This house was as good as it gets. It was meticulously clean, had a nice backyard with a large pool and a well equipped kitchen. Everything that you might need for a stay including ample amounts of bath and beach towels, shampoos, paper products and trash bags were provided. We also loved the large open floorplan of the living room and kitchen. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood and you definitely need a rental car or an Uber to get around for shopping or to go out. But that’s the case for the vast majority of Fort Lauderdale neighborhoods.

Great stay!

Very nice property within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty making sure our stay as perfect. Will be staying again with this property group.
