There was bedbugs, linens were ripped and dirty, carpet was wet, tub was dirty, window curtains were ripped and stained. Room had mold and had a bad odor. I ended up checking out within an hour and left. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

We do have 100 + cameras on site and a security guard for the safety of our guests along with a 24 hour front desk . we also renovated the property less then 1 year ago. post covid we disinfect every room and contact surface everyday and housekeeping is required to change all linens everyday.and because of covid lobby is closed for safety of guest and our staff

Zero maintenance seems to be being done even though there is a lot of commotion. At the checkin there is what once must have been someone's pride and joy aquarium built into the office wall, now is a brown swamp tank with no life on proud display at check in. Then the stupid LARPers were up all night chatting outside rooms.

Last minute decision to travel to Deerfield Beach for business. Only motel availabe in the area we needed to be in. Room was clean, beds comfortable, and AC worked perfectly.

Everything we read about this hotel before booking our rooms was true, both the good and the bad. There are some shady-looking characters around the property, but no one bugged us. Parts of the property are in shambles, but it looked like that was due to renovation processes. The office/check-in area is something of a mess (renovation equipment and supplies, like brand new TVs, waiting to be installed), but the pool and its surrounding grounds were gorgeous. Our room looked halfway re-outfitted, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our dining experience was like working with people who weren't quite sure about how to run a restaurant, but the food was tasty and relatively inexpensive. I don't know if we'd stay here again if we had comparable choices in price and proximity. But keep doing what you're doing, Budgetel Pompano Beach - if, indeed, you are working to improve the property and customer service - and we'd consider returning. Best wishes!

Terrible
Stayed here because of the price and it is indeed the epitome cheap hotel broken toilet in both rooms dripping toilets bugs broken furniture doors stinky carpet loud music ghetto etc...

Terrible hotel, very dirty.
When I got there the attendant was having a screaming match with someone trying to check in over the payment policy. To be fair she was very pleasant with me but it was a jarring situation. The hotel was so dirty and poorly kept. Beer bottles and garbage everywhere. People drinking outside their rooms. The room was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a no smoking room. Also website said it was the last room available but when I got there dozens of rooms were available.
