The staff at this resort were just so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The waiter was amazing and very entertaining. If you’re looking for great food and drinks in a picturesque setting you can find it here! We are hoping to return soon!

Everything was was fine till they gave me a bill for parking my own car across the street in a lot. Unbelievable. If I knew I was paying for parking I would had parked in hotel parking lot in front

The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean but small with 2 full size beds, not Queen. Very small fridge and small tv. The Deep restaurant on the property had decent appetizers but the entrees were not great. The drinks are not the best either. Luckily there are plenty of other spots to eat at near by with great drinks. Overall we had a nice stay at this location. Be aware no gym, but does have an inside bar that's open until 2am with live music and 2 outdoor pools.

The bathroom was not clean. The shower had paint peeling. The shower didn’t fully work half the water came from the shower head and other from the tub. There was mold under the sink and it smelled.

Ótima hospedagem, atendimento de qualidade, funcionários que falam inglês, espanhol e português. Fiquei muita satisfeita com a qualidade do atendimento. Minhas ressalvas são apenas com limpeza do banheiro que havia cabelos e bastante poeira, quanto ao quarto poderia ter copos, talheres e pratos que possa ser colocado microondas, pelo menos dois de cada.

Great staff and good food at the restaurant on site! I only had one issue during my stay and they resolved it immediately. Best customer service I’ve seen at a non-chain hotel line EVER! Wish I had tried their newly renovated suite but the original was just as impressive. Will definitely be back.
