Great Family Trip
We visited for spring break with our 3 small children. The house was comfortable / well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked. All condiments/spices etc are completely cleaned out between each stay. The pool was perfect for small children. Beach is about a 10 minute walk, however restaurants etc require a car. There are a few beach toys, 4 beach chairs (pretty old and rusted) and plenty of beach towels.
The grill and outdoors seating is great.
Overall a very nice property with plenty of room. Perfect for families or a group of friends!

We had a great stay! The house is plenty big and great for large families! We had some issues with beach chairs and they were replaced quickly! The rental company is quick to respond and very helpful! Would rent again!

Comfortable house with pool and beach access
Updated, clean house. Very accommodating for group of 10 (7 adults and 3 kids under 10). Management company is very responsive to any requests. Nice neighborhood. About 10 min walk to beach. Only thing to note is that the 4th bedroom with bunk bed is small and was likely the renovated master closet. Room is fine for kids. Overall awesome place and great stay.

15-20 min walk to the beach. No commodities accessible near the beach entrances.
House very clean and very well equipped.
We had noisy neighbors (an other rental from the same company) and have received good support from the renter to address the issue. Good communication.
