• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.
• Fee: $30 per hour. Please confirm with us in advance.

👥 Guest Policy

• No parties or events allowed.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Additional unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person.

🌙 Quiet Hours

To respect our neighbors and keep the property peaceful:

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please keep noise, music, and conversations at a respectful level.
• Excessive disturbances may result in a $200–$500 fine depending on severity.

🧼 Keeping the Space Clean

We kindly ask guests to help keep the property tidy:

• Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
• On trash collection days, please place bins outside and return them afterward.
• Wash dishes and utensils after use.
• Use coasters and placemats to protect furniture.
• Please avoid leaving food out to prevent insects.

🚫 Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or other objects in the toilet.
Plumbing blockages may result in a $200 service fee.

🚫 Leaving excessive trash or food inside the property at checkout may also incur a $200 cleaning fee.

🔐 Safety & Security

For your safety and the protection of the property:

• Please lock doors and close windows when leaving the property.
• Do not tamper with security cameras or safety equipment.
• Keep doors closed to prevent insects or animals from entering.

🚗 Parking

Parking is available on the property. Please note that parking is at your own risk due to natural elements such as falling coconuts, animals, or severe weather.

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with prior approval only.

Please:
• Keep pets off the beds and furniture.
• Clean up after them inside and outside.
• Do not leave pets unattended in the property.
• Be mindful of neighbors, especially during quiet hours.

Abandoned pets may result in a fine of up to $1,000.

Cleaning fees for violations start at $350.

• ⚡ Cryptocurrency mining or high-energy activities are strictly prohibited.
Violations may incur fees between $500 and $10,000 depending on damages.

• Reservations ended early are not eligible for partial refunds.
