I had to wait an hour and a half passed my checkin time and had to rush my shower and I slipped and fell in the bathroom and hurt my toes. Not a pleasant experience. I’ve saved up all year for this trip and this was not a good start. The front desk person said I would get a free breakfast for my troubles but I don’t feel that will suffice

We arrived on Monday the hallway on our floor was filthy and covered with litter. Our room also had dirty floors. They did not vacuum the entire week we were there. The litter in the halls got worse and worse. We found a stick pin on our floor near the bed that should have been vacuumed up. It was gross. The hotel staff was super nice. close to shopping and easy to get around town b

We appreciate the feedback. However, we feel that we must give full disclosure pertaining to the hallways. Yes, on Monday, it was a large check out and the corridors were cleaned later in the day. Further, each day, following, the corridors were vacuumed thoroughly. This is done every single day.We apologize that you felt otherwise; however, when it comes to cleanliness, we are 100% on top of it.

The one thing that was a problem for me is the hot water. It never gets hot. It stays cold for minutes at a time and then slightly warm. That’s a big deal for an American.
