The room appeared dated, with noticeable stains on the carpet, wear and tear, and browning in the corners. The condition of the toilet also contributed to my discomfort during my stay. The hotel needs a renovation! It should not be marked with such high rating.

Sounds from other rooms i.e. voices, television, shower, toilet flushing, opening/closing of doors, and other noises were clearly audible. We are a family of 4. Only 3 bath towels were provided when the room was cleaned after our first night. Also, there were only 2 complimentary bottles of water when we first checked in. These were never replenished. As such, we had to purchase bottled water for the remainder of our 4-day stay. In my opinion and from my travel experience, bottled water is usually replenished daily among other complimentary amenities.

Perfect Night watching the Capitals vs Panthers. Arena was 5 mins away and Sawgrass mall has everything, especially good dinning. I recommend this place for sure!!!
