Sounds from other rooms i.e. voices, television, shower, toilet flushing, opening/closing of doors, and other noises were clearly audible. We are a family of 4. Only 3 bath towels were provided when the room was cleaned after our first night. Also, there were only 2 complimentary bottles of water when we first checked in. These were never replenished. As such, we had to purchase bottled water for the remainder of our 4-day stay. In my opinion and from my travel experience, bottled water is usually replenished daily among other complimentary amenities.

Quick check in but entering my room was a horrible smell, it made me sneeze but no tissues in the room. I asked the lady cleaning the next room, apparently they’re out of tissues. For $200 a night they need to do better. The list of things grew longer
