I am very sorry for the inconvenience you faced. All but two of our units are equipped with icemakers but all units have a full kitchen. We always provide ice to the two units without ice makers in their freezers upon request. We do not put ice in prior or turn the ice makers on prior to stay for sanitation reasons. We hope you come back again soon.

I do apologize for the inconvenience you faced. We do inform you via email and/or your booking site message about the possibility of a room move due to the nature of our resort being a timeshare resort. We do our best to avoid this at all possible routes if able. We always offer to assist and hold bags and food items so I am sorry if you felt that was not the case and was not offered to you. We have a refrigerator for this reason. I truly do apologize for your negative experience. I do hope you give us a chance to make things right in the future.
