We had a good experience here but the place needs a "facelift". Also there were no activities for adults, place needs a "vibe". Indoor pool was closed, construction everywhere. Perhaps shutting down during renovations would be a better alternative.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience you faced. All but two of our units are equipped with icemakers but all units have a full kitchen. We always provide ice to the two units without ice makers in their freezers upon request. We do not put ice in prior or turn the ice makers on prior to stay for sanitation reasons. We hope you come back again soon.

The way we were treated continues to perturb me greatly. We had no problem switching rooms, but if we had known the way in which you switch rooms we would have never agreed. To expect us to vacate our initial room by 1000 and expect us to wait until 1600 to check in again is absurd. And to do so on our own, with no assistance from the staff or consideration for us, our bags, or our refrigerated goods is pathetic. One would think that this is a brand new occurrence since no one seems to know how to properly handle this. Although I highly doubt this is an uncommon issue.  The property itself is reasonably nice, but NEVER agree to switch rooms.

I do apologize for the inconvenience you faced. We do inform you via email and/or your booking site message about the possibility of a room move due to the nature of our resort being a timeshare resort. We do our best to avoid this at all possible routes if able. We always offer to assist and hold bags and food items so I am sorry if you felt that was not the case and was not offered to you. We have a refrigerator for this reason. I truly do apologize for your negative experience. I do hope you give us a chance to make things right in the future.

Simple, clean, comfortable, convienient accomodations at an affordable price. The staff at this property are very friendly and helpful. Upon check in, they gave me tips about how to make the most of my stay. They suggested ordering groceries for this condo style accomodation from Instacart. They told me about places to eat within walking distance and gave coupons. This is a very well maintained older, modernized motel/timeshare building. I could see that they truly care about making the most of these units. Although not new or luxurious, this is exactly what I needed for a short getaway! This is a clean, comfortable and convienient place to stay with direct beachfront and a quiet calm beach. Beautiful mature grounds, pretty landscaping, clean and quiet pool areas :) You need to clean your own room daily, no maid service, However, they have linen exchange. They set the units up with 1 day of coffee and toiletries, the rest is up to the guest to purchase. Upon check out, the staff were again extremely kind and went out of their way to accomodate me and the office staff were outstanding! I had a simple, relaxing stay here.
