This, being my second time staying at this hotel, was one of the best experiences! The communication from hotel staff was amazing, clean room, property and steps away from the beach. Boardwalk, you’ll find plenty of cool eating spots; with a few having live music! I will be staying there again!

What a great location! The room was very clean. Having a stove top kitchen is a welcomed plus, and it's stocked with plates, utensils, and drink ware. Also, the rooms have beach chairs and umbrellas (which, as a suggestion, are due for an upgrade/replacement). Will definitely book again!

Beautiful spot steps from the beach. Owner was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again as well as refer to family and friends. Perfect spot for beach access and all the restaurants on the board walk.

The room was nice, clean, and beautiful, with a great location. The only downside is that there’s no room service or regular housekeeping. I texted them to let them know I needed toilet paper and to ask how much it would cost to wash my clothes, but I never received a response. I actually had to go to a store and buy toilet paper myself. So, you’re basically on your own, which makes it feel more like an Airbnb. Other than that, it’s a beautiful place with a great location!

Well the room was nice, bed was comfortable. Didn't have much of a view from our room. Only had a view of the staircase. The parking is not ideal with the paid parking in the garage next door. First day was $23 second day was $40. But the person running the hotel did let us park in one of their 4 spaces two days. My only complaints is the parking and my view. But it was nice to walk a half block to the beach.

We booked at this hotel because it has recently been renovated and had a kitchenette. Rooms are clean and have beach chairs and umbrellas for use, which is nice since it has excellent location by the beach. It said free laundry but the room is locked without access. The bikes are in bad shape and need repair as well. Communication with the office is pretty sporadic as they aren't on site very often or at all?

What a cute place to stay! Steps from the beach with all supplies needed for a beach day available for use. The kitchenette was supplied with basic essentials. I think the only thing I can think of is that they place a roll of paper towels in the room for guests who are only staying a couple of days. Overall it was awesome!
