The hotel is under renovation. Unable to utilize any of the amenities. Called Expedia to report it. They couldn’t contact the hotel. I was told I would get a email regarding resolution within 72 hours. It’s almost a week later. I heard nothing. Yet, you contact me about a review. So you hot it!

i had to call maintenance 3 times for my a/c during my stay. the buffet made me throw up the first morning after arriving 12 hrs delay. the staff are very nice and friendly but the hotel very old. I needed to use a microwave and they dont have one either. Also very confusing about my my cc charges as well. I didn't understand what was going on. The front desk was helpful at times but just unclear about my room charges.

I booked this location because it said it had a pool and come to find out the pool is permanently closed. Then i had to keep calling the front desk to send someone to fix the ac because it kept shutting off so the room was extremely hot.

The rooms were ok. Bathroom were rusty and old faucet. Im 6ft tall, shower was about 5’5”. Very low. The horel needs to be updated urgently as it old as the 2000’s I think.

Nice stay, smooth check in, clean room and daily room cleaning service, overall 4 stars as was missing a mucrowave in the room, could be added for $15 a night which was inconvenient, and no microvave in the main area/lobby as well.
