The room was nice, clean, separate kitchen/dinning, living room then large bedroom in back. Full of amenities. It was like staying at a friend's house.
The front desk was helpful and very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Our 7 night stay was very relaxing. We liked that our room was near the elevators for quick easy access. The suite was spacious, well laid out and very comfortable with two Smart TVs showing approx 25 channels each. One in the bedroom and the other in the living room with a comfy couch. Fantastic water pressure and temperature in the shower. We had great difficulty locating the lobby when we first arrived. There should be more prominent signage with directions. We got tired of the pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches by day 3 but there was good selection of coffee, tea, juice, cereals, fruit, scones etc and oatmeal porridge so we made it work. Across the street access to the ferry, buses and light rail was a huge plus and made getting around extremely easy. All of the customer service representatives were helpful, efficient and polite. The food and service at the Asian restaurant in the ferry terminal was great and a very convenient option. Late check out options were very reasonable and check out was a breeze. There is no luggage steward but there is a luggage cart available for use. We would have happily tipped a steward to assist with the luggage.
We would definitely recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Hotel is very clean and modern. Has all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. The only disappointment was the parking. Facilities for parking operated by outside vendor and you are charged besides daily fee an additional charge every time you go in and out.

During check-in we asked for the room facing the water and we were told that none of the rooms are facing water. We got the worse view we ever had. Our window was facing pipes and commercial equipment

Their internet system was down (nobody has heard of backup????) so parking was NOT FREE as claimed. $22 overnight, plus everytime you left there was a charge. Very disappointing.
