Don’t stay here. Absolutely disgusting. From the front desk to the wallls to the room key not working and it being scorching hot in the hallways. Wouldn’t eat a thing from anything in there. Bathroom drop ceiling above the showers completely falling literally dropping from above our heads. Huge rip off

The rooms could be cleaner but I found dust and in my first room there was cockroach. Sofas were dirty and too old I couldn’t sit on the sofa and rest. Coffe maker was broken and didn’t work. But in general it was not bad and staff were friendly and helpful.

Highlight: breakfast

The staff at this property is very courteous and the rooms are quite comfortable. The general condition of the building appears run down. Paint peeling off exterior, etc. We even passed a broken door on our way to our room. However their breakfast buffet was top Notch. Not only did they have well prepared food with all what you need and expect in a breakfast buffet and more, but the staff served it with pride, courtesy, and the biggest smiles.this alone made our stay memorable. It was a great way to start our day!!!

We only stayed 1 night. We attended the Zach Bryan concert. We thought the room was very spacious, but outdated. The comforter had what looked like cigarette burns in it. Room was clean, but bathroom needs updating. Only had a small body of shampoo, shower took like 5 minutes to get hot, and I felt like the floor in the tub was sinking. We did however appreciate how friendly the staff was, that the ac worked, and how close to the venue it was.

This hotel was in a safe area of NJ, but the hotel itself was unkept and dirty. The first room we were given had a flood in the bathroom. We were then moved to another room that was just dirty. The bathroom had black hair all over it. The air conditioner smelt bad, which made the room smell bad. When we came back to our room, later in the evening, the key card would not work. So we needed replacements. Our hallway also smelled like cigarettes, even though there are signs posted everywhere saying no smoking. The parking lot has more pot holes than drivable asphalt. Luckily there was a parking garage section for the hotel.

The breakfast was very nice every morning and all the staff are very nice and helpful. Good folks. The facilities were all clean, grass was nicely maintained. However, you can tell this property is old and hasn’t been renovated recently. I had a suite with two rooms. Both air conditioners were set as low as they can go (54 degrees in the outer room and 60 in the inner room) the room temp. never dropped below 76 in the outer room and 72 in the inner room. There were stains on the rugs and the closet door stuck. It looks like someone patched up places on the wall and decided not to sand them down. It felt shabby and for over $700 for three nights that is not acceptable.

Hotel needs a face lift.

The front desk staff were very friendly! The best part was being so close to everything. There is a walmart about 2-3 miles away tons of restaurants, a mini plaza, and a movie theather. The hotel needs a massive update! Beds are not comfortable. One of our rooms were out dated, the hallway carpet was dirty. Showed wear and tear. Our bathroom tub had mold in it. And needed some repairs. There wasn’t any ac in the hallway the first few days. One of the elevators were down it was a busy week so it took a while to get in and out. Breakfast was edible but they served the EXACT same thing everyday. Which gets boring quickly. No fresh fruits, just two cereals to choose from. Eggs, small seasoned potatoes, vanilla cake, toast, sausage. No variety at all. I stayed for a week, I would not recommend it for any longer. This place is good for a day or two max if you are on a budget.

Old property and not maintained at all. Smell of cigar in lobbies and rooms. Door locks don’t work and every time needs to reset at the front desk. Bath tub chokes after every min of showering and needs to wait for a minute before you start showering again, until it gets cleared, otherwise it will be flooded. Phones in the rooms doesn’t work at all.

This property was okay for a quick stay. The hotel is clearly outdated but it’s not the worst I’ve seen. Beds were comfy and running water was hot. Tub did take awhile to drain but once maintenance came, it worked fine. Ceiling in shower needs repairs. Fridge and microwave were clean. Overall it’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s okay. Pool was fine. Breakfast was basic sausage egg and waffles, option of making your own toast. Staff was polite.

Although checking in was quick and easy ,however when i entered the room ,i found the air condition is not efficent ,I had to go to a date and i informed the receptionist who immediately offered to change the room but i was in a hurry and he left a note to following shift when i come back to change the room,I returned late and i asked the attending receptionist who said carelessly no rooms available ,i told him that there is a note about this sutuation and he searched and found it but with carelessness and said sorry,and i spent a horrible night i asked about the manager to complain but there is no night manager in this considrable size hotel,however next morning a professional receptionist solved the problem and changed the room

The hotel is dated and not well kept. Rooms are decent and the location is ok. The free breakfast felt like eating at a prison cafeteria. The staff watches you eat like hawks and literally count how much food you eat. You are not allowed to take not even a glass of juice back to the room. They will literally chase after you, grab it from your hands and pour it out in the trash in front of everyone. And this happened multiple times in the 20 mins we were there. You cannot even take a few creamer packets back to the room even though there is a coffee maker in the room. No fruit or yogurt selection either. I stayed here in 2023 and it was not like this at all. There must have been a change in management and it’s not for the better. I would never stay here again. Disgusting how you treat paying customers.
