One of the climate control units did not work. The temperature of the room was very hot and it took a whole day to cool it down because the unit that worked was in the living room. The carpets were old and had a smell. The walls were yellowed and dinghy.The hotel looks like it needs a complete facelift. The water in the room also never got hot, it was lukewarm at best. In the cold of winter, it was less than favorable to have to take a cool shower. Lastly, they ran out of pillows and linens. We had to share pillows and still one of our roommates did not have one. I will not be staying here of I ever revisit the area.

The staff was awesome! Breakfast should be from 6:30 am all the individual left to See the parade by 6 and not even coffee was made. The room was clean I just think the couch in our room was out dated and dirty! The furniture in the lobby was so dirty people who were waiting were all talking about how nasty it was. Corporate needs to visit.
