It is on a wide sailboat channel (no bridges), minutes from the Caloosahatchee River, then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. The fishing off of the dock is great, and we provide 2 fishing poles and a tackle box. After a day of fishing or boating, relax in the private heated pool or use the hot tub. If you want to take in the town, Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks. The number one marina, dining, and shopping center (Cape Harbour) is a bike ride away from the home.

Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in brand new beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths are brand new as well, and will be stocked for your convenience. There are two living rooms, both complete with brand new sofas and 55" flatscreens and premium cable. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 person poolside dining area with flat screen TV. The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. After a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub on the lanai. We have a custom bike for the guys and girls cruiser for the ladies. Ride our bikes to the beaches, Cape Harbour, and Publix grocery store.

**BOAT DETAILS**: The boat can be added to your stay for $200 per day plus tax (5 day minimum). Please note that a credit card authorization form and rental agreement will need to be filled out for the boat. Guests will be responsible for the orientation fee of $200 paid to the captain.
Pack and play and high chair available upon request for no additional fee.
