Meticulously and flawlessly decorated by an interior designer with the finest of materials and furnishings, this unit aims to please the most discerning of guests.



The Space:

Located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula, directly adjacent to Sanibel Island and the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort, guests will find themselves pampered with access to fantastic amenities including a private beach and more than six restaurants and lounges within walking distance. Every aspect of this comfortable 2 BR / 2 BA residence has been designed with guests in mind, all to ensure comfort and relaxation on your next vacation. The unit features two spacious and bright bedrooms with King beds and 2 full baths. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous walk in shower and marble vanity as well as direct access to the spacious screened-in lanai. The guest bedroom features a detached hallway bathroom with a renovated bathtub/shower combination and marble vanity. The living room features ample seating for family gatherings in front of the brand new 50" smart TV complete with a large desk perfect for those who need to plug in and work during their stay. High-speed internet, a monitor and a printer will ensure an excellent work from home experience. In terms of the cooking, guests will find all they could desire to prepare even the most gourmet of meals in the fully equipped kitchen of this residence. The dining table with seating capacity of up to 5 is conveniently located next to the kitchen area, ensuring for an easy and fun dining experience for the whole family. Not much here that will knock your socks off, but clean, comfy, well stocked and well managed. Certainly a nice place to stay close to Sanibel Island.

For the location and views alone, this place exceeded every expectation. The communication with the owner was easy! We are so grateful for their understanding when we asked for a short Extention on checkout time to finish watching a live feed of my Uncle’s funeral being held in St Petersburg. It made the whole thing easier for my dad mourning the loss of his younger brother. The unit is beautifully furnished. The kitchen had all the most useful appliances, hand tools and plenty of pans, plates and other dish ware. I was able to make the family favorite lemon linguine and chicken easily with tools on hand. The bare essential toiletries were provided. The essentials in the kitchen, paper towels, plastic wrap, foil, dishwashing soap and for running the dishwasher were all available. Plenty for our short visit. The owner also thoughtfully provided for a few loads of laundry; our stay wasn’t long enough to worry about doing laundry but it would have been ideal had we been able to enjoy the beach or pool. For this trip, I had to content myself with the spectacular views afforded by the wrap around balcony so well furnished we could enjoy every aspect of it! I hope this unit pops up as available every time I come to visit my dad at Shell Point. I would make it my number one choice every time!
