HARBOUR TOWER 716 welcomes you to the beauty of views over the sparkling waters overlooking barrier islands and Sanibel all from the comfort of your screened in lanai. This comfortable 7th floor condo has a neutral palate of colors throughout with crown molding in the living area, and tile through the entryway and kitchen. A bright kitchen and spacious living area, enjoy a meal on your furnished balcony while watching for dolphins in the water below! A king bed in the primary bedroom, and two twins in the guest bedroom accompanied by two bathrooms. The primary bathroom offers a walk in shower along with a soaking tub and a walk-in closet. A shower tub in the guest bath, and a sleeper sofa in the living room which allows sleeping up to 6 people.

Neighborhood: The Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort shares space with the Harbour Tower, which benefits those travelers with the choice of a number of restaurants to enjoy while visiting. The Punta Rassa inlet is perfectly situated to those wishing to explore Sanibel & Captiva Islands and Fort Myers Beach.

Getting Around: No need to rent a car if you are visiting for just a few days. If vacationing for a longer period of time, a vehicle is encouraged in order to explore the local area, islands and the multitude of restuarants in the South Fort Myers area.

Great get-a-way!!!

Beautiful and private condo located on the seventh floor of the building. Gorgeous sunsets across the water and privacy. The only thing we had a problem with is that the air wouldn't go below 72 degrees, and we are hot natured folks and keep our thermostat below 70 all of the time.

Spring Break 2025

This place is the real deal! Quiet and serene. I have twin high school daughters and we needed a beach and a pool, and the resort did not disappoint and was just what we needed. Residents were kind and helpful and I loved meeting so many new people at the pool.Weather was beautiful. Elevators did not work a few times during the stay, and being on the 7th floor wasn't ideal, but service was quick and they were restored. Not far from Ft. Myers Beach, over the causeway and you are in to Sanibel Island. If you want relaxing and quiet and off the beaten path, this is your place! Rooms/beds were comfortable and equpped with all you need for your stay.

Wonderful!

This place was perfect for our get away! The setting was very peaceful but still close enough to restaurants or activities. Spent every afternoon at the pool or small beach area. The condo itself was well equipped. One thing to note is that it does not have a keurig for your morning coffee, but it does have a regular drip coffee pot. (Bring some filters from home) We made do and walked a couple of mornings to the Marriot to order a Starbucks coffee. Enjoyed the screened in deck area in the late evenings. It does get hot in the afternoon since it faces west, but near sundown and after it was very pleasant.

Beautiful View

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sanibel Harbour condo. The view off the lanai was spectacular. We even got to see a dolphin swim by! The sunsets were beautiful! The condo was supplied with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

Great time!

We had a great time here for spring break! The beach area and sunsets were amazing! The on-site management was very responsive to any concerns that came up. We had an appliance that was not operational and it was quickly replaced with a new one. Very impressed overall with the property! We would come back!

Comfort and beauty

We only had 6 days in Florida, so we wanted to make them count. And, boy did they. The condo we rented was beautifully decorated, spotless, and a view to envy. We enjoyed watching the variety of boats going by and deciding which sunset was the prettiest. We loved our stay and would go back again.
