This beautiful vacation villa in a quiet residential area with good neighbors is located south-facing directly on the canal and offers approximately 250 square meters of air-conditioned living space. It is very stylish, luxurious, and furnished with exclusive furniture. You can reach the Gulf of Mexico by renting a boat from the property's own dock in about 35 minutes without locks.

The villa has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 pool bathroom, and 1 office. The living rooms and bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. The living room offers a stunning view of the terrace and canal.

3 bedrooms have a king-size bed, 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have sliding doors. 2 guest bedrooms each have their own terrace. The master bedroom and junior bedroom have direct access to the pool area.

All bathrooms have a hairdryer and an additional shower. Bed linen and towels are plentiful.

The luxury gourmet kitchen is equipped with an American-style refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and high-quality dishes and cutlery.

A separate office with a desk and office chair is available.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available for free.

The spacious terrace area (approx. 150 sqm) with a heated pool and jacuzzi (together approx. 40 sqm) is equipped with sun loungers, a gas grill, and a large table with chairs.

You can park your rental cars in the spacious garage. The garage may only be used for parking vehicles. A camera secures the area where cars are parked in the garage.

For security reasons, an external camera is installed on the garage, which shows the driveway and entrance area.

Booking information: The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. The base price is for two people, and a fee is charged for each additional person per day.
