This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. It was almost pristine The house was well maintained and fully equipped.After figuring out the controller which did take a moment, we used the pool and hot tub almost all of the time we were there. We would absolutely recommend this place and are looking to book again soon!

From start to finish Stu and Cathy were very attentive and easy toCommunicate with. The house is so beautiful and immaculate. They thought of everything! The pool, the covered patio, the furniture, the jacuzzi were amazing and the views were stunning. It was a home away from home! Amazing stay at Cape Coral

A Perfect Florida Getaway!We had an absolutely amazing stay at this holiday let in Florida! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen supplies to beach towels.The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. We especially loved relaxing by the private pool. It was so peaceful and felt like our own personal oasis.The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.We’ve stayed in a number of vacation rentals over the years, but this one truly stands out. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

Relaxed and Laid Back

The house was perfect for our family of 5 who was looking for a place to relax and unwind with goals of doing nothing but hanging by the pool. The house had plenty of room to spread out, a fabulous pool and yard and the beach chairs and wagon were perfect for a day trip to the beach!

Absolutely stunning property! No detail overlooked inside with gorgeous decor, quality furnishings, and views from every room. The pool area was amazing - pool was heated to perfection and the hot tub was a relaxing place to watch the incredible, ever-changing sunsets. We’d love to return again!

Relax and unwind.

Everything was great. Everything was as expected. Would have liked it be able to control the thermostat so we could sleep a bit more comfortable. 74 degrees was a bit warm for us since we are from the north. Otherwise it was everything and more.

Beautiful and relaxing

Lovely property with wonderful amenities. Came in early for relaxation prior to work conference and this was perfect. Everything you need with amazing amenities. Responsive pleasant owners who seem genuinely happy to share their space with you. I would stay again but typically travel with a large dog which is not allowed but otherwise this is the perfect. Close to everything you might want to do!

Sunset Cottage is a 100% match to the online description and pictures only a bit nicer in person. Everything gets a 20 out of 10 if it could. Stu and Cathy hit all the marks and very vell. We didn’t want for anything. JUST PERFECT!

Amazing home!

This home is beautiful! Perfect location and beautiful view on the lake. Perfect for family vacations! Our kids loved the swimming pool and going fishing in the lake. The house was spotless! The cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. The owners are super friendly and respond quickly! Highly recommend booking this home or one of their other rentals!

The Charming Sunset Cottage

This has the wow factor

Stayed at Sunset Cottage and I’ve gotta say, it certainly has the wow factor. The hosts were excellent communicators and nothing was too much trouble if we had a question. The property itself is accurately described and true to the pictures. The decor is fabulous and has a real beach vibe. The kitchen was fully equipped but we ate out every day as there is an abundance of restaurants close by. The pool deck was amazing and the sunsets were beautiful. The location was perfect for us and I would 100% rent this villa again. Thank you to Stu and Cathy for allowing us to stay.
