Depending on the days of the week you are staying at Beachcomber Royale, you may experience general maintenance workers around the exterior of the property that may include, lawn, pool, or utility service workers.

Additionally, the Property Manager will provide you with instruction for ensuring the waste and recycle containers are taken to the roadside on their assigned pick-up days.

Anytime there is an issue that a repair professional needs to enter the property during your stay, the property manager will provide you with details. This type of situation is rare.

There are 2 security cameras located on the front of the garage and the front of the home by entrance. This is for your safety and security.

Please note that we purchased this home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We politely ask that you remember our neighbors live here for the same reasons. Thank you for your help in keeping the neighborhood happy!

This is a home in a residential neighborhood. Loud music or loud/disruptive guests are now allowed. Noise complaints from the neighbors may be grounds for your reservation to be canceled. Refunds paid based on the cancellation policy.

Although this home has a beautiful view of the water, the pond is not accessible to guests. Please be aware of wildlife.

This house was perfect for our large family. It was relatively close to the beaches but traffic really slowed down the trip. The owners provided beach chairs and all sorts of extra stuff we needed for the beach. The heated pool was perfect! We would definitely stay here again,

Probably the best place ive rented to date. It was an absolutely beautiful house that’s well kept. Amenities were plentiful, like someone was living there. Fully stocked kitchen and pantry. Beach chairs / toys / pool toys / swimmies. Literally had everything you needed like you were staying at someone’s house. Stunning house and view of pool. Warm heated pool so we were able to use even in chillier weather responsive host. Easy in and out with lock. Love the gated community and how quiet it was. Great for our family. I can’t say enough about how great this house is. We will be back.

Great Family Getaway!

We stayed in this home from June 29th-July 5th. We had a bit of a family reunion in Ft Myers and this home was the perfect fit for us! The check in process was smooth and when we arrived at the home it was spotless! We were immediately impressed by how well it looked and the pool/lake view and when we started to assign rooms, everything looks just like the pictures! The home has everything you need and maybe more! The pool area was spacious and the pool was very clean and the best part about it is that it is heated which we ended up needed as the rain made the water cold. The entire home...kitchen, bathroom etc. had all the essentials necessary to make your stay comfortable. The host also has a great communication turn around and was able to help us quickly with any question or concern. I would highly recommend this home from large groups that want to have enough space yet stay in a space that feels homey. The home is also close to all you made need: Walmart 6min, Target 3 min, Beach 15min, great restaurants I would highly recommend Grimaldi's for Pizza and Casa Azul for Mexican!

Great house, lots of good memories.

We went with our women’s college basketball team for a team trip for a week. All the players stayed in this house & it was perfect. It had a good pool and back patio area where you could watch TV outside, lots of space for everyone, a great, well stocked kitchen, and good parking for our rental vans. It was also only 10mins from Fort Myers Beach area so we could go see the sunrise and sunset as often as we’d like. 10 out of 10 would recommend and stay here again :)

Great place to stay!

Absolutely wonderful. Very clean. Lovely decorations. Well appointed with everything we needed. Appreciated all of the attention to detail like the labels on the light switches. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.
