This 3/2 home is located in a great community and just minutes away from downtown Ft. Pierce via a scenic coastal drive that overlooks Hutchinson Island. We also offer a free heated pool from December through the end of April at no additional cost. You and your guests will enjoy the fully furnished covered & screened Lanai. The beautifully surrounded enclosure has plenty of tropical trees and flowers offering plenty of relaxation and privacy. it’s the perfect place to relax and gather with friends & family. Come and experience our relaxing vacation home.

We thought of all the necessities to provide you with the comforts of home and added some extra things to enjoy your vacation.

Catfished/misrepresented

WARNING. This house is not as represented. We did not stay due to being unsafe-no smoke detectors- the pool water being unclean and unsafe to be in- the refrigerator smelled of bad seafood - there was hair in the master bath tub- patio furniture was dirty- as in had not been cleaned for a while . We left after being there for 25 minutes- we took pictures and contacted VRBO. We then contacted home owners to tell them we had left and what we had found . We were to stay from Sunday at 4pm till Wednesday 10am . They wanted us to wait for the pool company and wait for a person to show to clean . Now finding the hair and the smell we wondered what we didn’t see with our bare eye . The whole house and linens would have needed to be cleaned . The pool you still have to wait for a period of time to use after the correction of the chemicals. The pool would have been of no use . We would have no privacy with cleaners I the house but still paying the bill. The fact that no smoke detectors as well . The yard is unkept and no maintenance. Also it is not due to “no rain” the back yard is not private and there is a camera in the pool area so there is the possibility of being watched or recorded. VRBO has been no help in protecting us as consumers and the homeowners are not upstanding owners . We will be taking every avenue available to us as consumers to cancel and no charge . We even provided vRBO proof of my husbands pool/spa liscence .

Sauberkeit lĂ€sst sehr zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig!

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider war das Haus sowie der Poolbereich bei Ankunft nicht sehr grĂŒndlich gereinigt, um sich sofort wohlfĂŒhlen zu können. Viele Bereiche waren nur oberflĂ€chlich gesĂ€ubert. So etwas haben wir bisher in Florida noch nicht angetroffen. Die Vermieterinhat schnell auf unsere Reklamation reagiert, auch wenn die Umsetzung etwas Zeit in Anspruch nahm. Mit etwas mehr Augenmerk auf Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung (besonders die BĂ€der ) hĂ€tte der Aufenthalt angenehm sein können.

Great place to stay in ft pierce with family

property was excellent for what we needed. We visited family who live in the area. Our kids loved the pool. We loved the layout and space. Only area to improve would be on cleanliness - property could use a deep clean to remove spider webs outside and cabinets inside. We are not picky and still had a great time.

Great for small family reunion

The property was great for small family holiday reunion and to hold Christmas privately the only downside was the heater on the pool was broken so the pool was at 69. The boys kind of worked it a little bit but the ladies wouldn't touch it but it was clean and the arcade stuff in the garage it was workable but it didn't have any power and battery compartments was unusable.

The pool is the cleanest pool I have ever seen using VRBO. The host is so helpful and understanding. The house was super clean and when we sat by the pool, we felt like we were in the deep part of Florida. I would stay here again!!! Thank you!

Extremely attentive and gracious host

Booked this house in order to get away from the West Coast where we live, because of hurricane Milton. As it turns out, the hurricane ended up coming through and wreaking havoc with tornadoes in this area. We had no issues, other than losing power, and we’re lucky to be further away from the storm The house was clean, comfortable, and had very good amenities. We did have time to enjoy the pool and patio before the weather went bad. Our host was amazing. She checked up on us periodically and showed real concern for my family. I completely recommend this house if you were looking for a quiet little getaway

Beautiful Quiet Stay

This is a beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Maggie and Tony were great hosts: easy communication. Only reason I didn't give all 5 stars: Pool vacuum hose was attached and we had to maneuver around it. Not a big issue. I'm sure, if we had asked, we would have been given instructions on how to remove it.

Lovely home for a family gathering

The property was just as shown in the photos and was perfect for our family getting together. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of furniture inside and out to gather and talk, dine, etc. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and communication was seamless. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic home and fast responding hosts. Everything I wanted!

This home had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and the kitchen and the large dining table. Clean and comfortable beds and very, very helpful hosts! Well located, and the numerous small, thoughtful touches of coffee, snacks, and laundry detergent put it over the top. It's very close to the downtown area and several beaches but it's also located in a nice neighborhood that's quiet and extra private yard. Great stay!

Trouble in paradise, never again!

Both tub /showers were in poor condition. One had tile hanging off around water spout. Living room rug had holes worn through it. Internet was poor going down frequently. Felt like I paid top dollar for a marginal property. Pool was nice but a lot of dust got trough the screen cage from surrounding trees. Pool had a skim of dust on it 4 hours after it was cleaned.
