Located on the Seaside/Seagrove border and just a 4 minute walk to the beach, this carriage house is the perfect beach getaway! California vibes meet the beach in this new construction carriage house located in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family vacation or a couples getaway! While this carriage house sleeps 6 with a king bedroom and 4 cozy bunks, it is best suited for no more than 3 grown adults over the age of 13. Reservations will not be accepted for more than 3 adults over the age of 13. It is great for a young family with small children! The kitchen has refrigerator/freezer drawers, a two top induction burner, countertop oven, microwave and a large sink. There is a large shower in bathroom plus an Asko washer and dryer! Private entrance and two parking spaces await your arrival! Walk to Seagrove Market and Surfing Deer for dinner or hop on a bike and head to Seaside, just 5 minutes away! Need groceries? Publix is just a 5 minute bike ride. Beach towels and backpack beach chairs for your use included

Beautiful and great location

We loved our stay! The property had everything we needed to enjoy our beach trip, including beach chairs and bikes, nice kitchen for simple meals/heating up food, and cozy beds. The location was a very short walk to the beach - 5 minutes - through a quiet neighborhood. The closest beaches were beautiful and not as crowded as the surrounding beaches. I would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous Property

We loved our time at this property. It definitely has a Cali vibe and is well appointed and maintained. We had a car but you don’t need one. Seaside and Watercolor are a quick walk or bike ride from this spot. It’s easy to walk to Seagrove Market, the beach and Watercolor shopping center. The property has everything you need before you head out on your way!

This is a great property! The location is perfect and within short walking distance to the beach and also Seaside. Everything we needed was provided and the unit was very clean. We had great communication with the host prior to and during our stay. Also the bathroom had a great showerhead. We will hope to come back again another time.

This rental location was perfect for our small, young family. It was walking distance from the beach, close enough to restaurants and Publix for convenience, but far enough away for a quiet, tranquil night. Highly recommend- I would definitely book again.

Great location for a family vacation!

It’s a perfect location to be close to the beach but not in the hustle and bustle. We had the chance to meet the owner of the property. She was very kind and made some suggestions on restaurants that did not disappoint. The short walk to the beach was fairly easy through the neighborhood. The beach access point was never crowded and it felt like we had a good portion of the beach to ourselves. Would highly recommend Seagrove and plan to come back soon!

Perfect family getaway

We stayed for 5 days with our two young kids (ages 4 and 5) and it could not have been more perfect. What an amazing little escape, just right for young families. Lea was an incredible host. Definitely coming back.
