Disliked: Room comfort

Falta manutenção e atenção.

O apartamento está em ótima localização, num condomínio excelente, porém falta manutenção. A roupa de cama de péssima qualidade (100% poliester, cheio de bolinha), a toalha com cheiro ruim, a lâmpada do banheiro não acende, as cortinas estão velhas (algumas rasgadas) e o blackout fino não impede a claridade no quarto às 5h da manhã. Os controles remotos da TV e ar-condicionado não estavam funcionando; os armários do banheiro e cozinha estão despencando, a porta de entrada está bem suja. Pelo fato de ser uma apto de quina, tem vista para o mar e para a avenida, portanto o barulho do trânsito incomoda um pouco. Eu fiz estas reclamações para o Sr. Antônio, porém ele apareceu no apto somente para consertar uma gaveta, levou a toalha com mal cheiro e um dos lençóis de poliéster e não mais retornou.
