j ai attendu 2 heures pour avoir une chambre salle avec des préservatifs sur le lit. tout etait sale non nettoyé. j ai refusé de rentrer dans la chambre car led délai etait de 4 heures. pour avoir la chambre propre ! hotel.com refuse de me rembourser et me propose 15 % de remise ! c est un scandale ! ce site n est pas sérieux !

O apartamento tinha tudo para ser um sucesso, pois fica localizado a 100 metros da praia e tem uma área de lazer muito boa. No entanto, o interior do apartamento está muito mau conservado onde o ar condicionado da sala não funciona. A limpeza foi a pior parte. o lençol que estava na cama estava sujo, o chão do banheiro também estava muito sujo.
