Estadia no Hotel Villa Roma

Quarto limpo, Lençóis limpos, ar-condicionado ótimo, tem televisão smart e frigobar para armazenar algo que precise, achei que o preço foi justo, contém área de lazer com piscina linda para tirar fotos, perto de tudo! Gostei bastante, a noite foi muito silencioso nao teve incomodo ou pessoas mal educadas, um silêncio incrível, voltarei mais vezes!

Razoável! Foi uma viagem a casal, atendimento excelente. Só não gostamos muito do quarto que ficamos o controle da TV não estava pegando direito, não conseguimos colocar música no YouTube e a limpeza das camas e toalhas não me agradou muito. Fora isso, curtimos bastante!!!

O hotel é bom, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar

Hotel possui boa estrutura, porém o estacionamento não atende bem, pois é minúsculo. O atendimento também deixou a desejar, pois o check in foi bem demorado (não entendi o motivo de tanta demora). Quando chegamos para o café da manhã, quase não havia mais nada para servir. Houve uma demora enorme para reposição e me pareceu que os funcionários não estavam muito preocupados

O hotel é bem localizado, quartos novos e limpos. Quando chegamos tivermos problema com o ar do quarto, mas logo foi resolvido. O único ponto negativo pra mim foi o café da manhã. Realmente o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, desde o encerramento que é cedo, a reposição dos produtos que tinha que ficar solicitando, se não os funcionários não colocavam na mesa e a variedade que não existia, pouquíssimas opções para o café da manhã, no mais o restante eu gostei.
