My recent stay at the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco offered a mixed experience. As a new establishment, it certainly has its strengths, but there are also areas that could significantly improve. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, which is always a highlight and contributes positively to the overall atmosphere. The accommodation style is quite unique, with guest rooms located in standalone houses, each containing four separate apartments. This provides a sense of privacy that many guests will appreciate. However, the design of these houses presents some practical issues. The access areas to the rooms lack doors, which means they are prone to flooding during rain. This was a significant inconvenience during my stay and clearly needs to be addressed. Additionally, while the rooms themselves were comfortable, the pillows could definitely be improved for a more restful sleep. When it came to amenities and dining, I found the options to be quite limited. There were few choices for amenities, and the lunch options were particularly scarce. For a hotel of this caliber, a greater variety in both these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco shows promise as a new hotel with a dedicated staff and an interesting room layout. However, addressing the design flaws in the room access and expanding the amenity and dining options would undoubtedly elevate it to a much higher standard.

Hotel novo, atendimento muito bom, falamos que era aniversário de casamento e ganhamos um vinho e também fizeram late check out e nosso quarto era vista para o mar e piscina. O que não gostei foi do atendimento do jantar, pedimos um entrada e demorou muito e no café da manhã faltou café mas logo fizeram outro, são pontos que precisam melhorar.

O restaurante do hotel não dispunha de diversos itens, mesmo com o cardápio restrito. Na nossa segunda noite no hotel, pedimos um hambúrguer. Fomos informados que não havia carne. Pedimos um macarrão à bolonhesa e a resposta foi: ‘Sr. Não há carne no restaurante.’ Diante disso, pedimos uma pizza. Nós foi informado que não havia a massa. O hotel estava vazio. Fico imaginando como um hotel que se autodenomina luxuoso e paradisíaco, não dispõe de itens básicos de cozinha. Estávamos com um bebê. O berço oferecido pelo hotel devia ter algumas décadas. Totalmente antiquado. A trava de segurança do berço era cortante e ficava para dentro. Ou seja, o bebe, além de se cortar, poderia destravar o equipamento. Outro ponto sem sentido é que há 700 espreguiçadeiras no hotel, viradas para a praia, mas a praia está totalmente bloqueada, pois há um muro ecológico tampando a vista. Enfim. Fora isso, as instalações do hotel são bem confortáveis.

Hotel novo, estrutura maravilhosa, quarto amplo e confortável. Sentimos falta de alguem para mostrar os espaços do hotel, ex: fomos embora e não consegui descobrir onde ficava a academia. Algumas comidas e bebidas quando terminam não são repostas, ex: vinagrete de polvo no jantar, fiquei aguardando repor e nada, como também a champagne no café da manhã. Na programação infantil constava várias atividades no domingo e não aconteceu nada do que estava escrito.

O hotel é novo, com instalações confortáveis e limpas. De frente para o mar e do lado da lagoa tem uma localização privilegiada! Tem uma área kids muito boa com playground excelente, com copa para quem Vai com bebê. Cafe da manhã bem servido, exceto o cafe que fica sendo servido por um funcionário, nao entendi esta lógica , muito mais pratico uma maquina ou colocarem garrafas de cafe/leite no buffet e também um dia que faltou pão francês / carioquinha no buffet do café. Os restaurantes tem um menu um pouco limitado, com poucas opções, o hotel fica um pouco afastado do centro do cumbuco para ir a restaurantes, mas do seu lado proximo da lagoa tem um restaurante miraclub, para quem quer outras opções de comida. Principal ponto a melhorar é a recreação, ja que se trata de um hotel com temática infantil, as poucas atividades que tem, sao mal organizadas e mal executadas, nao chamam a atenção da criança.

Lugar bom, porém com muitos pontos a melhorar

Pontos positivos: equipe cordial e disposta a atender às demandas dos hóspedes. Café da manhã farto e gostoso, com bastante variedade de opções. Quarto amplo. Área da piscina excelente pra relaxar. Academia básica, mas com esteira, bike e elíptico. Pontos negativos: o banheiro poderia ser melhor adaptado pra não molhar tanto. Apesar da boa vontade da equipe, o check-in me pareceu um ponto a melhorar, pois para o porte do hotel não pega bem realizar check-in em um mesa que parecia improvisada, encostada em um canto do bar. Achei a diária cara, ou seja, custo-benefício ruim.
