The hotel was very clean. My room was made and clean daily. The breakfast was great as there was a selection of breakfast buffet available. The reception staff were very helpful and although we didn't speak the same language we used Google Translate. The pool at the back was clean and it was great to sit around. The only issue I had during my stay was that the WiFi didn't work in my room. I was staying in room 120. For some reason couldn't connect to the WiFi but I could connect in the lobby area and outside by the pool area. I informed reception and they were very quick to ask a technician to look at it and he tried very hard to sort it but couldn't resolve the issue. I managed by using the WiFi in the lobby area and by the pool. Other than this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Although the hotel is not new, the building and facilities are in good shape. Excellent service from staff and restaurant members. Anything you may need, just ask them!

Good hotel for business in Foz.

Well located for business or tramits in Foz area. It is over the BR277. If you have car it is easy and fast to get downtown and all main point of interestvin Foz, Cataratas, Itaipu, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. The internet is ok. Very good breakfast. Staff are polite and helpful The bathroom is small but clean. It has only hot water in the shower. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it is better to ask room in the first floor. All the hotel is very clean .

very close to conference center

Perfect access to conference center. 5 minute walk. Very nice staff. Only criticism is that the walls are a little thin. I could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Of course I don't know if the person snoring had a severe problem (some snorrers generate sounds like a jet engine , so maybe no hotel wall could have contained it, but it was a little distracting.

Bom porém com ressalvas.

O hotel é bom, porém mesmo cobrando R$100 a diária do pet não ofereceram nenhum ítem como tapetinho ou caminha, encontrei cacos de vidro nos corredores. Poderia ter ítens no frigobar mesmo que pagos. Edredon era pequeno para uma cama de casal e já bastante surrado. Café era bom. Bem em frente a 277 facilitando a chegada e saída na Cidade.

Muitos pernilongos

Sempre fiquei no Andrade quando ia a Foz do Iguaçu porém a última experiência que tive foi extremamente negativa: o quarto estava cheio de pernilongos e, em épocas de dengue é bem complicado para você discernir o que é e o que não é. Além de terem me colocado num quarto próximo a uma reforma que estava acontecendo onde havia muita poeira. Reclamei na recepção e os mesmos se propuseram a passar um veneno no quarto porém como tenho bronquite descartei a possibilidade preenche um requerimento solicitando reembolso e acabei indo para o hotel rafain.

Não recomendo

Espero que a administração receba esta avaliação e veja a necessidade de grandes melhorias no hotel. A chave do quarto fica presa ao tag, se precisar abrir a porta, toda a energia do quarto se apaga. Controles da tv e do ar não funcionaram bem. Toalhas velhas, com cheiro de que foram guardadas molhadas. Banheiro com papeleira quebrada, sem porta-shampoo. Rejuntes do box sujos. Box de vidro velho e sujo. Não devem fazer manutenção há anos. Apenas um espelho pequeno, o do banheiro, para todos os hóspedes do quarto. Espelho grande, só no corredor, fora do quarto. Roupa de cama ruim, sem rasgos mas com aspecto de velha. Paredes com sinais de mofo. Para o banho, oferecem apenas mini-sabonete, mais nada. Café da manhã razoável, porém sem suco natural, só de máquina. Sem sanduicheira pra esquentar o pão. Estacionamento, só na frente no hotel, que fica na rua marginal à rodovia, totalmente sem proteção. Apesar de tudo isso, faço jus aos funcionários pois são educados e procuram agir com cortesia.

Hotel bom custo beneficio

O hotel fica localizado na BR 270 com acesso fácil. O estacionamento é na frente do hotel com poucas vagas cobertas. O quartos estavam limpos e tinha tv ( led mas não era smart ), banheiro com chuveiro elétrico mas funcionando bem, frigobar e ar condicionado split. Os funcionários eram atenciosos e simpáticos. O restaurante serve comida boa com preço bom.
