HISTORY
Masseria Nuova, from the eighteenth century, is immersed in the centuries-old olive groves of Salento. The song of crickets and the chirping of birds interrupt the tranquility of a place from another era, where time seems to have stopped. The white and wrinkled stones of the area and the red color of the earth together with a wild vegetation of a thousand colors and scents frame the complex rich in history
