We got the rooms at 4pm instead of 3pm check in time. Otherwise, room was good.

We were put in a room that we later found out another guest requested to be moved out of. We later figured out why. The TV did not work at all. Didn’t even turn on. The bathroom door does not close. The bathroom sink leaks all over the counter top. The main door to the room was actually open when we got there and we thought that was very odd. The garbage disposal turned on by itself at 11:30 at night while we were sleeping. When we tried to get ready in the morning we figured out there was no power in the bathroom for the blowdryer or curling iron. There was obviously an electrical issue in the room. When we complained in the morning we were told the manager would be in at 9:00 am. So we waited. Come to find out that was a lie the manager dosn’t come in on Sundays, and I think he hoped we would just leave and forget about it. I understand it’s a new hotel and there will be issues, but they knowingly put us in that room. If they would have been honest with us and let us make the decision if we wanted to stay maybe at a discounted rate. Or we may have just drive home. And they promised to call me the next day and never did! Shame on Hilton!
