This is our second stay at this property. The location is good. Rooms were clean. Staff was ok…. But ….. Just ok… Not great. We were there for business so it didn’t matter much to us….. The staff needs better training especially for taking care of non German visitors

This hotel was wonderful! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was alone so my room was smaller in size. Might have been a little small for two people. Location was great and staff was so helpful and friendly.

JW Marriott is a close walk to everything. We really enjoyed our time here. The staff is lovely and always willing to help. The hotel is located right next to the mall with a supermarket, which is convenient. Everything that we wanted to visit (Romer, Stadel Museum, shopping area) was all about a 15 minute walk.

the property it self is very good, excellent staff, specially reception, front desk ,concierge, and porter excellent and very equipped gym but as JW Marriott then should have more dinning facilities, lack of swimming pool spa and sauna ,they wrote that it is in a neighbor place but actually it is not true it is out of the hotel completely you have to take your belongings with you to change there simply because it is not connecting with hotel. I think this must very clear for the client
