Very good location 100 mtrs from HauptBahnhof. Area around very busy, maybe difficult by night for girls unattendant. Small room but convenient for one person. Very small TV. I was surprised about breakfast, nice and reasonable price for 10 euro only. I would come back again for next year Heimtextil.

The best thing about the hotel is the proximity to the train station and a lot of diverse restaurants. But the room was tiny and absurdly overpriced. The smallest bathroom I've ever encountered in a hotel, though I will admit it had excellent water pressure. Bed was small and hard, and I had a lot of trouble getting the temperature in the room to be comfortable, but opening the window let in a lot of traffic noise.

Great location just 5 minutes walk from central station and just a minute from tram stop. Not too far from main sights. Hotel staffs were very nice and friendly. Need to repair the water flow under the shower sink.

Only If You Need To Be Near Train Station

The hotel itself is nice, seems to be the nicer in the area. It is conveniently located near the big train station and within walking distance to a large grocery store and several restaurants. The surrounding area however is terrible. Lots of unhoused sleeping on the streets across from the hotel. If was loud all night long, barely got any sleep. Staff really wasn't friendly. The hotel does have a lift.

While the hotel had potential, my stay was unfortunately not as comfortable as I had hoped. There was a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom, and the walls near the bed could have used some attention to cleanliness. Additionally, the soundproofing between rooms was not adequate, as I could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room, which disrupted my sleep. I hope these issues can be addressed, as they significantly impacted my overall experience.

Fantastic interior with a convenient walk to some of the top spots in Frankfurt just be prepared for some noisy nights as you are in the main train station area.

The staff where incredibly kind and helpful, always with a smile on their face. It is close to a main trainstation and only a short walk from the centre. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable. The only issue is the area is quite loud with a lot of men shouting and drinking in the area. Not recommended for solo female travellers but highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area

Hotel was lovely, really comfy bed and nice pillows, shower was really good, staff were absolutely excellent, breakfast was good, fridge kept drinks really cold, the only downfall was no kettle in our room, and the noise outside at night, junkies are loud, and we left for the airport at 4am and they were still outside, a bit of a letdown for such a lovely hotel.

Great Location to the Main Station & Polite Staff

Great location near Frankfurt main train station. Polite Staff. Nice lobby. Has a small elevator, but not to the top floor. Clean sheets. Clean bathroom. Hot water with good water pressure. Has WiFi and television. Did not see air conditioner in room. Surrounding area very diverse with many shops and restaurants.

As expected near any metro train station, the neighborhood is a stone-cold bummer. There are some really good, fast, cheap and exotic eats nearby. The hotel is just fine- quiet and clean with just what you need. My shower drain was really slow and consequently made a bit of a flood. Only CNN and BBC if u want some English on the tv. Even if you know how to hack TV to dual language, the broadcast format does not support like in Italy or Spain. I’d stay again if I was catching a really early flight from Frankfurt. It will get you to your gate just as fast as airport hotels at half the price and there are better food options than the airport hotels.
