A low review as we had turned up after a long day of travel and were told that our booking had been given to someone else due to ‘system error’, however this couldve been communicated well in advance of our arrival. The only positive is they were able to give us a room at another hotel and paid for our transport to the hotel and back to the station the next day as this hotel was a 40 minute walk from the station.

Good value and location

The hotel is close to the train station and the staff is very helpful. Because I have alergies I always recommed that hotels have tile or wood floors and not carpets. Townhouse is very good value for the price.

The hotel was nice. The room was adequate and comfortable. It is conveniently located by the main train station and main street where the tram passes by so it is noisy. Better to have a room at the back. The staff were friendly.

Pros: Super convenient to Frankfurt main train station, plenty of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and great checkin/checkout times. Lobby etc are clean and modern, good elevator. Area is not considered the safest by locals but whatever. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Two windows able to be opened, lots of natural light. Cons: Room was honestly quite dirty. The carpet was filthy, saw many tiny ants in the room (bathroom, on the bureau, etc) and ant traps under the toilet. Overall condition was very, very worn. Perhaps I was just unlucky. Fine for one night (train/airport connection).

Excellent stay! Very clean and well kept hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, stored my bag safely when I arrived early. Many restaurants and supermarket options close by. Conveniently located close to train station.

The hotel is located very near the main train station but not a very safe location. Open drug use is everywhere but in fairness those unfortunate people keep to themselves. The staff were friendly. The carpet had cigarette burns on it so was not great.

I got to this hotel during mid morning and they were still able to get me into my room despite the official check in time of 2 pm which I really appreciated. The room itself was better than expected and had both a mini fridge and a safe. I rated the location only a 3 because although it is very convenient to the central train station and many food options, the general area is also sketchy and a bit rough. However, I didn't let this bother me. So if you want to stay near the train station at a good hotel that is very affordable and you are okay with some questionable characters you might see out in the streets, then I would recommend this hotel. It is also only about 15 minutes walk to Romerburg, one of Frankfurt's main attractions.
