They were renovating the lobby and we couldn't find where to check in at first; poor signage. There was no remote control for the TV so we had to request. The breakfast in the morning was just prepackaged bagels with no cream cheese, no knife to spread butter, and no creamer for the coffee. Very bad "free breakfast" The desk clerk in the evening was very nice though.

We got to check in early...had an issue with the ac and got moved directly next door, no questions asked. Both front desk ladies were amazing patient and efficient. Cant recommend staying here enough! So clean, so comfy. Thank you!!!

The location is fine, lots of places to eat…close to malls, etc. The staff was very cold and unfriendly. I don’t expect all smiles.but a pleasant face would be nice.

We booked this property for one night. Had the price of about $80. Got our budget in check and headed for the hotel. Turns out they charge an extra $100 as a security deposit. That might not seem like much to some, but we ended up having to cancel two of our plans because we no longer had the money for it.
