Enjoy a fantastic vacation in Nerja with a wonderful climate, many hours of sunshine and beautiful beaches.



You reach this attractive vacation villa, via a narrow road, where you drive through the dried up riverbed of the river Chillar - a very attractive place for the popular "River Walk", where you wait through the river, between avocado groves and a great landscape. As soon as you enter the villa, you will see that the drive was worth it. A very special place, surrounded by green plants and colorful flowers, in the silence of the valley with views of the mountains that you can enjoy from the private pool. The villa has a large terrace on the upper floor and a beautiful view of the surroundings, as well as a covered terrace with sliding glass doors on the first floor, which makes the stay almost a little romantic in the colder seasons. The house is divided into two sections: On the first floor you will find a small kitchen, dining area, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, laundry room (with the possibility of an extra bed) and access to the terrace with another dining area and a built-in barbecue. The entrance to the second floor is only possible through the external staircase. Here you will be offered a nice and cozy living room with fireplace, another kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with single bed and a bathroom.



The vacation villa is ideal for couples or a family with older children who want to enjoy the silence and nature that can be found in these rural get-aways.



Note: The last 800 meters to the house are on a dirt road, but passable with a normal vehicle.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.

Not fit for habitation

we arrived on time and on route tried to contact key holder and she Spock no english and put phone down eventually made contact by text and the father turned up and took us to property. as we were tired we got some food in and went to bed, in the morning we could see what a dump this place was down stairs bedroom and bathroom had an horrendous smell of damp. All the plates were different and most of them cracked and same for the cups (we went out and bought our own) the knives and fork were all tarnished and thrown into an old plastic box, the fridge had ants running all over it and kitchen units and work tops were wet and rotting, wooden chopping board was slimy, plastic chopping board was so old it was not even suitable as a plant pot holder, bedding was old nylon sheets beds and furniture was uncomfortable, tiles on steps broken and sharp, shower tray covered in mould towel rail rusty, and the whole place was filthy. Out side all the chairs and sun loungers were so old they were growing mould on the plastic and the cushings, table clothes tore just touching them and most of the chairs came from redundant bar stock and at the back of the property was a water tank with water running constantly and growing something on the serfice (possibly mosquitoes) I would not recommend this to any one our holiday was ruined and we had to move out
