In the heart of the charming town of Nerja, this holiday home for up to 10 people offers everything you need to enjoy some unforgettable days. Its flexible layout and its exteriors full of details make this accommodation a perfect place for rest and entertainment, surrounded by the tranquility of the Costa del Sol.

The interior of the house is divided into two areas. The main part of the house, located on the ground floor, is always available for guests. It includes a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, perfect for sharing moments with the family, along with a bedroom with a double bed and another double bedroom with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower.

The second part of the house, which will only be open for reservations of more than 5 people, has its own living-dining room, ideal for ensuring privacy and additional comfort. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, this area includes a bedroom with a double bed, which enjoys a private terrace, and another double bedroom with two single beds, as well as a third full bathroom with a shower.

The exterior of the house is a true oasis designed for the enjoyment of all its guests. A large sun terrace, located on the upper floor of the second part of the house and also accessible from the garden, offers impressive views for moments of relaxation under the sun. The outdoor area is covered with artificial grass, where a swimming pool with a hydromassage and swan neck becomes the favorite place to cool off. Around, comfortable armchairs invite you to rest while the most active enjoy a games area with activities such as ping-pong, petanque and other outdoor games. They also have an area with a basketball hoop.

The side porch of the house, equipped with awnings, tables and an outdoor swing, is perfect for relaxing outdoors. Meanwhile, the main porch, covered by a large awning, offers a pleasant gathering area with table and chairs, as well as a television and a darts game to liven up the evenings. As a final touch, the house has a spacious summer kitchen with barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends.

The property has private parking with a capacity of up to 4 vehicles. Access to the house is via a 50 meter dirt track. It is essential to have your own car to access the property.

We had three fantastic weeks here with two families. The house is wonderfully spacious, modern, super clean, and truly fully equipped—you really won't want for anything here! Additionally, the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful (a leak was fixed quickly). As a small tip for future guests, we have two points to keep in mind: the artificial grass can get very hot in full sun (for the kids), and the nearby highway (the overpass) is audible, especially when the wind is blowing in an unfavorable direction. However, this did not spoil the fun for us. We had a great time!

A wonderful stay in Nerja

We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Nerja. The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could possibly need.The outdoor area was definitely the highlight — we spent most of our time enjoying the pool, playing games, and making the most of the excellent BBQ and outdoor dining space. It was perfect for relaxing days and long, enjoyable evenings.There was a bit of confusion on arrival regarding the number of rooms we needed, but it was quickly resolved and didn’t take away from our experience.Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and are already planning to book again for next year!

Wir verbrachten kürzlich sieben Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Villa in Nerja und hatten insgesamt einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa selbst ist einfach atemberaubend: makellos sauber, stilvoll mit modernem Touch eingerichtet und in einer ruhigen, friedlichen Umgebung gelegen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Von unserer Ankunft an fühlten wir uns sofort wie zu Hause. Der Eigentümer und Gastgeber waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Villa ist sowohl innen als auch außen geräumig und somit ideal für große Gruppen oder Familien. Sie verfügt über einen großen Garten, einen großzügigen Swimmingpool sowie Kochmöglichkeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich, die das Essen und gesellige Beisammensein zu einem Vergnügen machen. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer großen Auswahl an Koch- und Reinigungsmitteln, allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten und durchdachten Extras wie Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sowie Fliegengittern an allen Türen und Fenstern, die wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Wir hatten auch einen freundlichen und aufmerksamen Nachbarn in der Nähe, was das heimelige Gefühl noch verstärkte. Die Lage ist nicht weit vom Zentrum Nerjas entfernt, was großartig war. Allerdings fanden wir es etwas schwierig, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu finden. Da die Villa an einer trockenen Flussstraße lag, kamen zunächst keine Taxis direkt zur Villa, sodass wir vollständig auf ein vom Eigentümer beauftragtes Taxiunternehmen angewiesen waren. Glücklicherweise bemühte sich der Gastgeber, dieses Problem zu lösen, und wir konnten schließlich ein zuverlässigeres Transportmittel finden. Dennoch würden wir in Zukunft definitiv einen Mietwagen wählen, um die Fahrten ins Stadtzentrum deutlich zu vereinfachen. Trotz des Transportproblems haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden definitiv in Erwägung ziehen, in Zukunft wiederzukommen. Mit einer besseren Verkehrsanbindung wäre diese Villa nahezu perfekt.

Alles ist darauf ausgerichtet, Ihnen zu helfen, sich zu entspannen und eine schöne Zeit mit Ihrer Familie zu verbringen (Tischtennis, Darts, Basketball, Pétanque-Kugeln und Schachbrett). Der Pool war im März kalt, das ist normal! Dennoch nutzten wir die Liegestühle und den Tisch, um bei schönem Wetter draußen zu essen. Abgesehen davon, dass der Zugangsweg etwas schwierig war, war es eine gute Erfahrung!
