The Space:

Welcome to this beautifully appointed a home in Sawgrass, a charming two-story retreat that comfortably sleeps up to six guests. With one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and a twin daybed, this inviting home is perfect for families or small groups looking for a peaceful island getaway.



The open-concept main level features a well-stocked kitchen with white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A convenient island provides additional seating and workspace, while the adjacent dining area offers a four-top table. A stackable washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen for added convenience.



The living room is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and expansive views of the marsh. Large windows bring the beauty of the outdoors in, while access to the back deck makes it easy to step outside and enjoy the scenery.



The main-level bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.



A spiral staircase leads upstairs to an open loft-style sleeping area overlooking the living room. Please note that this area is not enclosed. The upstairs features a king-size bed and twin daybed, along with a second bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combination.



Step outside to the screened-in back porch and enjoy peaceful marsh views and abundant wildlife. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the natural beauty surrounding the home.



The private courtyard offers even more outdoor space, complete with a small propane fire pit and gas grill—perfect for gathering with family and friends after a day of exploring the island.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
