411 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a beautifully updated three-bedroom, three-bath villa located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, and Guest Services, this home is ideal for guests who want to be close to Frippâs top amenities and the beach.
The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. On the first floor, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a private ensuite, and direct access to the exterior as well as a new sliding glass door that opens to ocean views. The renovated ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, new vanity, and stylish new tile throughout.
The open dining and living area also features a new sliding glass door leading to the patio, where guests can enjoy gorgeous ocean views and easy access to the community poolâperfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.
Upstairs, youâll find two additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom offers two twin beds and access to a fully renovated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination, new tile, and a new vanity. The second upstairs primary suite features a king-size bed, ocean views, and a beautifully updated ensuite with a walk-in shower, new vanity, and modern tile finishes.
This villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and offers stunning ocean-view patio seating for enjoying Fripp Islandâs coastal charm.
