Surrounded by forest and sweeping mountain views, the home sits directly on Frisco’s recreation path and just steps from local hiking trails, offering a tranquil escape that’s also a short walk or quick drive from downtown. It’s a rare backwoods find that delivers both serenity and convenience.
Step into the main living area, where soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace create a warm, inviting space. Gather on the comfortable seating for movie nights on the large Smart TV or simply soak in the natural light and wooded views. Just outside, the rear patio has been thoughtfully transformed into an outdoor oasis with a hot tub, gas fire pit, multiple lounging and dining areas, and a gas grill. Please note: during the winter months, only the walkway to the hot tub and fire pit is maintained, and the rest of the patio may be snow-covered.
