This 3-bedroom plus den, 3-bath townhome is a perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of up to 10 people. With stylish updates throughout the home, it’s clean as a whistle. The living area is warm and spacious, with comfortable furnishings, a large flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace; it’s the perfect place to relax after a long day of skiing, biking, shopping, or anything else this spectacular location offers easy access to.

The beautifully remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear needed to whip up a culinary masterpiece for your group. The dining room is just off the kitchen and has room for eight at the dining room table plus three more at the kitchen counter.

There’s also a two-car garage, a washer/dryer, and an awesome second living area downstairs that is perfect for the kids! Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place, great location! Had a nice long weekend at this property for our annual family ski trip, with people coming in from all around the US. The proximity to the bus stop made for an easy commute to/from Copper Mountain each day. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.Had an issue with the garage door opener and got locked out of the house, but management was VERY quick to respond and resolved the problem long before it ever really even became a problem.I highly recommend!

Great place to catch up with family

We really enjoyed the living room space -- well laid out with great opportunity for catching up with visiting family. Easy walk to the main drag gave us great opportunities for dining and shopping. This was a really cosy and convenient place to stay. Would stay here again.

Excellent Home Base for Skiing

We traditionally stay at ski/in/out properties but decided to stay in Frisco this time to make it more convenient to ski Breck, Keystone, Vail, and Beaver Creek all in one week and this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with washer and dryer was absolutely perfect.
