This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is filled with natural light and surrounded by majestic mountain views; it's perfect for families or groups of up to eight people. Enter the condo and kick off your boots, hang up your jacket and get ready to simply enjoy. Gather around the kitchen island where the culinarily inspired can delight in cooking with state-of-the-art appliances! After dinner, relax in the cozy living area where you can watch your favorite movies or shows on the large flat-screen TV as you snuggle by the fire. As a bonus, escape upstairs to the rooftop deck, where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views from Mount Royal to Lake Dillon! Please note: rooftop deck is only open during summer months.

In addition to fantastic living spaces, this home boasts two nicely appointed suites. It’s the perfect destination for a family or two couples to share with a two-car heated garage, mud room, ski storage and laundry room, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. And as with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - Living area: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 2-car garage (will accommodate medium sized vehicles) – 2 spaces total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
- Rooftop deck only open in summer.

The condo is great, all the comforts and not too much fuss. An EASY drive to Copper and Breck, and so comfortable and quiet to come back to...and close enough to town to get that too. Perfect!

Best place to stay!

The property is in a great location - we walked to breakfast and dinner each day and jumped on the bike path several times for adventures! The kitchen has everything you could need, and every room is comfortable and welcoming! We will stay here again!!

The property was great for our family of four! It was clean with comfortable beds, a fully furnished kitchen, great views and a great location! Our skiers were able to catch the Copper shuttle right outside the door and the shoppers had easy walking access to downtown Frisco. The condo is quiet and private. Don't miss Tavern West restaurant just a block away!

Secluded getaway

We stayed here last year and we came back this year because of the comfortable, clean and beautifully appointed setting. There is easy access to the highway and to Frisco’s Main Street shops. We highly recommend.

Perfect option near all of the mountains

We had a wonderful stay at the Frisco Sports Chalet! The home was very spacious, clean, and perfectly located to a number of mountains. The town and highway are both minutes away. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for our first trip to Colorado and we will definitely be back!

Clean unit in an excellent location!

Unit is lovely. Very clean and well-maintained and the location is superb for access to downtown Frisco, hiking, biking, and the bus line. The kitchen is very well stocked, too, making quiet nights at 'home' easy.
