our location gives you access to free shuttles within a few minutes
walk. If you visit in the summer, this beautiful condo is at the hub of
boating and cycling activities.

Welcome to our condo! We have furnished it with quality
contemporary furniture while striving to maintain a warm cozy feel
through the extensive use of wood. Of course, part of the coziness could
be due to the warmth of the radiant floor heating! For your dining
needs, you will find a wholly outfitted gourmet kitchen, with
everything from a coffee bean grinder to an immersion blender for fresh
smoothies. If you prefer, you can step out the front door and with a two-minute walk enjoy hot coffee drinks from Abbey's or a burger on Main Street.

Finally, to ensure a carefree stay, we have enlisted the services of
PMI Summit Colorado / Book by Owner. (https://www.pmisummitcolorado.com/) They can provide you with 24/7 assistance. Their Frisco
office is only a few blocks away! They ensure that your condo is

Great stay, beautiful and well kept condo. Spacious, well appointed and maintained. Would stay there again. Only issues were relatively minor: smoke detector was beeping as it was at end of life and needed to be replaced - the issue was fixed in a few hours. The email instructions gave the wrong WiFi info, also quickly fixed and correct info found inside the unit. Unit is next to fire department which can be noisy at all hours but probably only an issue with windows open. Otherwise location is great - easy walk to Main Street Frisco. Great place - hope to return.

Great location. Beautiful kitchen , bathrooms and hot tub and deck. Super close to town, very convenient location. Owner had been out of town but was kind and generous once he returned. The beds are very low and would not have been my preference but I am tall. Would return again because the owner is so very nice.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very comfortable. We cooked a simple breakfast each morning & the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances & cookware needed. The hot tub was sparkling clean & so relaxing. The garage & dedicated parking stall was appreciated. Walking to Main Street was a breeze. This condo will be our first choice for future stays in Frisco.

the house was spacious and well appointed. the fireplace and open kitchen were great. The only downsides were the road noise from summit ave and having to wait 24hrs to use the hot tub. Mark called on check in day to see if we would be ok w/ a drain and clean of the hot tub, which of course, if it was necessary, we wanted. This meant we weren't able to use it until the 2nd night. Communication was great. When we found a broken item in the kitchen, Mark replaced it next day. Beautiful place, close to skiing.thanks

Home away from home

Our second time staying here and it feels like our home away from home. Excellent location and perfect fit for 3 couples with each having our own space and bathrooms. Kitchen is very nice size. Love the tuck under heated garage, especially for drying out our snow gear after a day on the slopes. Hot tub is added bonus! Already planning our next stay here!!

Great location

Mark's place was perfect for our girls trip to the mountains. Easily walkable to town and it's many restaurants and bars as well as the shuttle bus stops.The kitchen had everything you would need to cook and the hot tub was greatly appreciated.

Best snowboarding trip rental

It was an awesome property that was well equipped with everything you might need for a trip. We went snowboarding at copper and it was a 3 block walk to the bus stop. Food and breweries super close. Would 100% stay here again!

Amazing location!

This is a perfect VRBO for walkability to everything Frisco has to offer. Our family trip had some working while others skied and we all enjoyed coming together for meals, hot-tubbing and other family fun. Will definitely recommend!

Perfect ski stay

Great location-walkable to town and an easy drive to the slopes, plenty of space for family to spread out. Hot tub was cloudy on 2nd day but we enjoyed it the first night. Overall an excellent stay!

Girls weekend

We had an absolute blast for our girls weekend. This condo had everything we needed and more to make our very chilly -13 temperature trip enjoyable. We enjoyed the hot tub, how close they were located to Mainstreet, the amenities…we loved every minute and will definitely be back!
