It's an old building, but they maintain it very nicely. The room was very clean without any smell. The staff are very kind. There are grocery stores right next to this hotel, making it convenient.

Didn’t like the 4 dogs in the room next to us. Apparently the owner was working long hours and left them alone in the room from afternoons to next morning alone. They barked and howled all evening night and morning.

You can't see through the glass front doors which seemed like a safety hazard and the doors weren't welcoming at all. There were multiple people in the dining area for breakfast and there was no coffee and 90% of the food was picked over while the person behind the front desk worked on other things. Room was tiny but clean and TV was located just below the ceiling causing you to have to look up and hold the remote high to change the channels. It wasn't horrible but won't stay here again given the number of other options in and around Frisco.

Janet at front desk was so nice and helpful. Excellent customer service. Room was clean. Beautiful lake Dillon and path to walk down right by hotel which was great. Price for room was very reasonable.

We stayed here because it was pet-friendly and we were traveling with our dog. It was sufficient, but very overpriced. One outlet in our room did not work. As in, it was completely broken. And there weren't enough other outlets in the room to plug in our various necessities. The faucet in the bathroom was also damaged (although it worked.) Overall, the property was not well-cared for or upkept. As I was walking to my room upon arrival, I passed by a pile of 2-3 stuffed garbage bags filled with trash, just sitting in the hallway. Standard hotel breakfast in the morning; I appreciated that it began at six a.m. Staff at check-in were friendly; staff in the morning less so. I got a vaguely hostile vibe? It wasn't just me, though; I heard the clerk speaking somewhat rudely to another guest attempting to operate the waffle maker. Honestly, if this hotel cost $100 a night, I'd give it four stars. But it's EXTREMELY overpriced and a bad value at its current rate.
