Very hard check in. You can't stay here if you don't have a cellphone. Once we got in, it was fine. We had a lovely modest room with 2 double beds, a kitchen, balcony and washing machine. The micrrowave heating coil was not working, so it took a while to get that fixed, but they were helpful and nice. Better directions to the hotel would help as well. We read that there were complimentary drinks, but did not find any. All in all a very nice 4 day stay. We would recommend this hotel for price, location and a well stocked room.

Many shops nearby, shirt walk to metro.or hakata station. Only drawback is the late checkin time (was fine when we booked as we planned to arrive by ferry, but then took a flight and it was a longer wait till 5)

As several other reviews have stated, this property is very dirty. It seems they do not take proper cleaning into consideration for their guests. The shower was filthy, with what appeared to be black mold around the bottom edges and on the shower door (which didnt close properly by the way). The bathroom sink was uncleaned, there were several stains on the wall, and the area by the fridge wasn’t clean either. For the price of the property, it wasn’t nearly worth it except for the size.

Wonderful big bedroom

The pavement from Hakata station to apartment is bit rough at some places. Clean and spacious rooms. Good washing machine but not enough laundry detergent. Over good accommodation with 7 eleven nearby.

コストは問題なし ただドライヤーの故障や、お風呂場のドアが閉まらないなど、不具合があることの知らせがなかった。蓋開けてみないとわからない状態は、あまり良くない気がします 清潔さは、ベッドをのぞいてあまり良くない。普通に髪の毛が落ちてますし、あらゆる備品の上、四隅には埃がたんまり。 安くて場所も良いのでそこは高評価 泊まるだけのスタンスならベスト 出張向けって感じですかね。

安価で泊まれるのに、お風呂トイレ別、洗濯機も洗剤まで付けてくれてました キッチンしっかりしてるしお皿類もレンジもトースターまで!! そしてテレビもネットフリックスも見れたり 何よりもダブルベッドが2台！！！ 思わず思いっきり大の字になりました 1泊2日で行ったんですが 2泊したくなりました これからこうゆうアパート？の所にハマってしまうかもしれません✨ お安くありがとうございました😆

モニターでのチェックインでしたが、テレビ電話が長いこと繋がらず、そのままチェックイン番号がでてきました。テレビのリモコンは電池切れでエアコンリモコンは１つ効かなかった。冷蔵庫は汚れていて開ける際に、ひっつく音がした。室内はホコリやゴミなど少し気になりました。ただ1番驚いたのが、フライパンや食器類は汚れたまま収納されていました。部屋は普通で匂いなどは気にするまではなかった。

ところどころ埃が溜まっているところがあり掃除が十分ではないと感じました。 服を洗濯しようとしたところ下の洗濯パンを見たらゴミや汚れが酷かったです。 あと洗面所あたりの下水のにおいが酷かったのと、ベッドに血のようなシミがあり拭き取った感じもないぐらい濃い色をしていてとても気になりました。 でも設備やサービスなどはとても良かったので、清掃面を改善していただけると安心して利用できると思います。

立地は素晴らしいが、清掃が隅々まで行き届いておらず清潔さに欠ける。エアコンをつけたがかなりカビ臭く、アレルギー反応がでてしまいました。おそらくフィルターの掃除を怠っているようです。またタオルも2泊分用意されておらず、『洗濯するのが大前提』いうスタンスが気に入らない。2度と利用しない。
