It is approximately 130 m². It is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood, and has a side view of the ocean.

Very nice accomodation

The security was top notch! Spacious and cool. Ample wardrobe and storage space. Nice bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Lots of extra accessories which made our stay even nicer! There are no parasols by the pool. Exterior kitchen door is very difficult to open at times. The Survey would not let me input my choices, so they are as follows: 4 Stars Service - Excellent Cleanliness - Excellent Accomodation - Good Location - Excellent Value for money - Excellent

Die perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man mit Mehreren reist und abseits des Touristenviertels sein möchte.

Super Ausstattung, alles sauber, gepflegt, neu und modern! Problemlose Übergabe der Schlüssel.

Alles sehr modern eingerichtet

Alles sehr modern eingerichtet, tolle Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner! Die Lage ist prima, man ist in 5min in der Altstadt. Dort gibt es auch eine nette Badeanstalt für 2€/p.P.. Zugang zur Wohnung super per Aufzug über die Tiefgarage auch mit Kinderwagen gut. Waren mit 2 Kids dort (1 und 3 Jahre alt). Pool ist zwar klein, aber zur Abkühlung ok. Gastgeber (Verwalter) war sehr nett! Transfer haben wir für 55€/Weg zum Flughafen auch über die Wohnung organisieren lassen, war sehr gut! Wir hatten anfangs nach einem Hochstuhl gefragt. Der Verwalter wollte sich darum kümmern, kam keine Rückmeldung, wir haben aber auch nicht darauf gedrängt, da es kein Drama war.
