Intro
This grand traditional Madeira villa is located in an upmarket and tranquil residential area in Funchal and just over 1 Km from all the restaurants and other facilities of Funchal Old Town.
Set over one floor, stairs provide access from the ground floor garage area to the living area. A large imposing open plan lounge and dining room opens to the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room. In the back yard is the built-in barbecue and outdoor dining area.
A hallway leads to the three large bedrooms, the Master bedroom having its own en-suite shower room, and the family bathroom being shared by the other two.
Stairs lead to the rooftop terrace which offers views of Funchal’s natural amphitheatre, the sea and Funchal port. This is the perfect place to appreciate a quiet moment, see the cruise ships arrive and depart, and wonder at breathtaking firework display on New Years Eve.

Cleaning

For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.

Booking Notes
The advertised prices are based on a 4-person occupancy and supplements apply should anyone join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A security deposit of 300€ is required, charged in advance to a credit card. This will be returned to your credit card within 5 working days after your departure, subject to the villa being returned in good condition.
The minimum stay is 07 nights.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made and an additional cost will apply.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.

If you have a car and are driving to your villa or apartment, please follow these instructions. Using GPS will take you via old and less easy roads and unusual locations:
Leaving the airport take the dual carriageway in the direction of Funchal (road known as the Via Rápida).

Leave the Via Rápida at exit number 9 to Funchal/Hospital/Porto.
On this junction turn left and keep driving on this road for about 650m.

On your left handside turn left towards Caminho do Terço, be careful this is a steep road. Drive forward for another 600m.

Turn to the road on your right towards Rua Cidade de New Bedford for 200m until you reach a T junciton.
Drive down that road until reach a cross junction and turn right again towards Rua Cidade de Maui, keep driving until you find BelleVeva on number 35.

You can now park your park your car and one of us will meet you for the check-in.
