Welcome to Villa Santa Luzia 1 by Atlantic Holiday, a comfortable house located in Funchal, Madeira Island. This property is a great choice for couples, families, or a group of friends, accommodating up to 6 guests. It features three bright bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a shower.



The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cutlery, plates, and essential cookware. For your convenience, the house also includes a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a smart TV with a box.



One of the highlights of this home is the spacious outdoor area. Whether you're enjoying a meal at the table or relaxing with a drink, the wide, open view over Funchal offers a memorable backdrop throughout the day and evening. A built-in barbecue is available for outdoor cooking and dining. Additionally, a jacuzzi is available for you to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

While there is no private parking, street parking is available near the property. The house is accessed via a few steps.



A baby cot and high chair are provided for families with young children. We supply all bed linen and bath towels. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 the next morning. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
