Santa Luzia 2 by Atlantic Holiday – Funchal, Madeira



Santa Luzia 2 by Atlantic Holiday is a comfortable house located in Funchal, Madeira Island, with a wide view over the city and the ocean. A great option for those looking to enjoy their time with family, friends, or as a couple while discovering the island.



The house accommodates up to six guests and includes three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower, and another with a bathtub and shower, offering practicality for all types of stays.



The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and other essentials. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available for guests’ use.



One of the highlights is the private jacuzzi with views over Funchal, an ideal place to unwind. A barbecue is available for those who enjoy outdoor meals.



The house also offers a Smart TV with box, as well as a baby cot and high chair. Although private parking is not available, guests can park on the road that leads directly to the house.



Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The property is non-smoking indoors and is suitable for guests looking for a calm and practical stay on Madeira Island.



Check-in is possible from 16:00 until 05:00 the following morning.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
