Welcome to our sustainable farm – a holiday in harmony with nature and animals.



Spend relaxing days in our lovingly designed holiday apartments in beautiful Villnöss. Sustainability, cleanliness, and mutual respect are not just words for us, but part of our everyday life on the family-run farm.



A special highlight is the natural interaction with our animals: two dogs guard the farm, and other animals roam freely on the grounds. This authentic farm experience is part of our philosophy – and you are invited to take part in it.



Check-in & Check-out – For a smooth process



Key handover takes place no later than 8 p.m. Contactless arrival is only possible by prior arrangement. Please complete the online check-in before your arrival and let us know your arrival time. Access is permitted exclusively for registered guests. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.



Sustainability & House Rules



Please read our house rules carefully and note:



- Separate waste conscientiously

- Leave the apartment in a tidy condition

- As a self-catering accommodation, we are only personally available to a limited extent – all information will be provided in advance



Our dogs are part of farm life – their barking is part of it. If you appreciate this, you are in the right place with us. If not, we understand if you choose another accommodation.



Important Information



Our access road leads over typical mountain roads – in winter, winter tires and snow chains are required. Smoking is only allowed outdoors – never near the hay barn. Please dispose of cigarette butts only in the designated ashtrays on the balcony.
